Kelly Leiker is a powerful speaker who knows how to inspire lasting change.

Recognized early on in life as a “problem solver”, Kelly’s passion continues to grow in the area of helping others achieve their goals through intentional change.  She is often recognized for her strong intuition and broad experience base that help her to quickly uncover issues within an organization.  Kelly’s to-the-point honesty and high-energy delivery are always appreciated whether she’s working with small teams or large audiences.

EXPERIENCED

With more than a decade and a half of consulting and speaking experience in a broad range of industries, Kelly has worked with thousands of executives, managers, and employees in areas of strategic leadership, innovation, customer service, sales and engagement.

Kelly holds a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Psychology and Speech Communications from the University of Minnesota where she graduated with honors.

RESEARCH BASED

She is currently an Adjunct Professor at the University of St Thomas in the Opus School of Business where she teaches on Innovation & Change,  Leadership and Neuroscience and Organizational Behavior.  Her current research on how focusing on the right amount of tasks helps you to be a happier and more effective leader is the subject of a future book entitled “Less is More: Why Doing Less Brings You More Happiness”.

REAL

In addition to her broad industry experience, Kelly continues to gain valuable life experience on the home front.  She is married to her college sweetheart and mom to two beautiful children.  Although her family resides in a quiet suburb of Minneapolis, Kelly is the first to admit her home is, “Anything but quiet!”  She cleverly weaves her experiences as a working mother into her corporate delivery making her that much more endearing and relevant to clients.
